For a long time I wanted to add cabinets and a kitchnette to the basement and finish a basement project I started 2 years ago when I added a bathroom in Fall 2023. I thought my woodworker skills were finally to the point where I could execute making custom cabinets and dove in. This project took the better part of 3 months as I worked thru the whole cabinetry process, countertops (IKEA), floating shelves, and bar top seating behind theater seats. Cabinets are UV Plywood, with Maple Face Frames and Doors, Maple plywood panels, all stained black. Shelves and Bar Top are also Maple.
