If you’re someone I know, a friend or family, my project rate will be approximately 2X material cost. This is a discounted price while I am developing my skills. Over time my rates will increase to 3X to 4X material cost depending on project. If there is a significant amount of pre-design work required before starting a project I will ask for a down payment. I will do my best to communicate and manage expectations at all points of a project.

I am most interested in custom projects with something unique or interesting and the opportunity to learn a new skill. I am not the right person to contact if you want someone to make 20 cutting boards. Any project accepted will include a full long form YouTube video documenting the entire process. I would like to add that this is not my full time job so I may be slower to complete projects than expected.
